Michael specialises in complex and high net worth ancillary relief disputes, often with an international element. He also frequently undertakes Inheritance Act disputes, Schedule 1 claims and advises in relation to nuptial agreements, as well as private law children matters, particularly those involving the international movement of children.
Michael also practices in the Cayman Islands, where he was junior counsel in the leading case of Wight v Wight 2006 CILR 1.
