Rebecca Carew Pole KC and Joshua Viney appeared in Court of Appeal in Bauer-Reiter v Reiter

Rebecca Carew Pole KC and Joshua Viney appeared in the Court of Appeal last week in the matter of Bauer-Reiter v Reiter concerning the parties respective cross appeals from the Part III case of TY v XA (No. 2) [2025] EWFC 349 and TY v XA (No. 3) [2025] EWFC 350.

The Court of Appeal considered the interrelationship between Part III and foreign awards where bilateral treaties exist between this jurisdiction and the jurisdiction in which the foreign award was made.
