Conduct in financial remedies presentation

Last week’s 1 Hare Court seminar featured a thought-provoking and engaging presentation by Geoffrey Kingscote KC and James Peter Webb on the topic of conduct in financial remedies.

Their discussion challenged the current approach of the courts and set out developments that might better address and reflect the importance of the issue.
