Autonomy in financial remedy cases lecture

Last week at the 1 Hare Court seminar, Kyra Cornwall delivered a clear and thought-provoking presentation which explored the legal and ethical dimensions of autonomy in financial remedy cases.

Kyra questioned whether the principle is truly upheld in practice, or whether it is subordinated to judicial intervention, unequal bargaining power and broader cultural narratives. Her lecture combined intellectual clarity with practical relevance, sparking lively discussion among delegates.

Thank you to Kyra for her contribution to an engaging and well-attended event.
