Court of Appeal judgment in two appeals in the matter of Copinger-Symes

Today, the Court of Appeal handed down judgment in two appeals in the matter of Copinger-Symes.

In the first appeal, which is substantively addressed by Moylan LJ, the court considers the question of materiality in the circumstances of an application to set aside an order for non-disclosure. In the second appeal, which is substantively addressed by Nugee LJ, the court considered the applicable law for mistaken and conditional gifts.
