Nicholas Yates KC, Joint Head of Chambers, and Ann Hussey KC headed to Belgravia on Tuesday where they were delighted to be on the podium at the prestigious White Paper Conferences at the Caledonian Club. The winning formula of this conference is asking experts in their field to answer questions on thorny legal challenges important to the profession.
Nicholas answered the question, “What counts and will sway the court over pre and post nuptial agreements?” and Ann answered, “What is the latest judicial thinking on non-matrimonial property and the mingling principle?”
We also learned that if they were not lawyers, Nicholas could be tempted back to his musical career and Ann would be a racehorse trainer heading off to Royal Ascot!
