Nicholas Wilkinson represented the father, and Deborah Bangay KC leading Olivia Currie represented the mother in a recent Schedule 1 case before Justin Warshaw KC, sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge.

The proceedings involved issues of financial provision for a child, including the application of the “Millionaire’s Defence” in circumstances where the father’s wealth was stated to be approximately £68m, with a net annual income of £3.275m.
