Calum is a specialist in financial remedies. He has experience with applications made under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, Part III of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, Schedule One to the Children Act 1989, and the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
With a particular interest in non-matrimonial property and matrimonialisation, Calum has published two articles in the Financial Remedies Journal on this subject. He also delivers lectures on various matters to solicitor firms across the city.
Calum’s practice in financial remedies is supported by his extensive and diverse experience in private law children matters and applications for injunctive relief under the Family Law Act 1996.
