Lydia joined chambers in 2021 after completing her pupillage under the supervision of Christian Kenny, Rachel Spicer, and Ben Wooldridge.
Lydia’s practice is focused on financial remedy work (including Part III and Schedule 1 claims), though she also accepts instructions in application brought under TOLATA, the Children Act 1989, and the Family Law Act 1996. Lydia’s practice covers co-habitation, pre/post nuptial agreements, and jurisdictional disputes.
Lydia regularly appears on complex financial remedy cases in the High Court with leading counsel, as well as on her own against opponents of all seniority.
In addition to her practice, Lydia delivers lectures and seminars to solicitors’ firms and at family law conferences across the country.
