Olivia joined 1 Hare Court as a tenant in October 2025 following the successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Tom Harvey, Phillip Blatchly and Georgina Howitt.

Olivia accepts instructions in all areas of private family law, including financial remedies, private children work, TLATA, and applications under the Family Law Act 1996.

During pupillage Olivia assisted on a number of high-value financial remedy cases, including appearing as junior counsel in the High Court.

Olivia is also a regular contributor to the Financial Remedies Journal.

Prior to joining 1 Hare Court, Olivia worked as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm in London, where she assisted on various family law matters, with a particular focus on high-net-worth financial remedy cases, often with an international element.
